Founded in 2005 in Bilimora, Gujarat, Hydrotronics Industries was established with a clear vision: to deliver precision-engineered hydraulic solutions that go beyond conventional manufacturing. What began as a regional initiative in South Gujarat has grown into a trusted pan-India manufacturer and exporter of industrial hydraulic systems.
Today, we specialize in hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power packs, and special purpose hydraulic machinery, serving industries such as steel, machine tools, agriculture, material handling, plastic, rubber, and metal forming. Backed by a modern manufacturing facility and an experienced in-house engineering team, we design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders from 1 ton to 2500 tons, power packs up to 100 HP, and custom-built hydraulic presses tailored to specific applications.
Our strength lies in our end-to-end engineering approach—from design using advanced CAD tools to precision manufacturing with CNC, VMC, and honing machines. This allows us to deliver high-performance hydraulic systems with working pressures up to 10,000 psi and stroke lengths up to 6000 mm.
